The 2016 Emergency Broadcast Test took place in March 2016 in London, David Cameron issued a warning that there would be an Emergency Broadcast System(EBS) Test in London, in case there was a Russian Invasion, the first to spread the EBS was the BT Tower, then BBC, then the London Eye, then Trafalgar Square. The EBS Test was extremely controversial, as some people thought the Russians really did invade the UK. A loud screeching noise, that is used in all EBS Systems, was also used.
